Meeting

Of the waters. Our wee burn is the Irvine then we have the gower meeting. It rises quickly, after rain, but seems to cope well. We have brown trout and further downstream there are salmon. Have not seen salmon this far up. Herons are a common sight, so prehistoric , majestically flying around. We also have dippers, I had never seen them until we moved here. They use the river like a race track, darting around, very difficult to capture. ( need that hide)
