St Eadmer, Bleasdale- Church of England

St Eadmer's Church was rebuilt in 1835 by John Dewhurst and restored and enlarged in 1897. It has a west tower and lancet windows.
It has a fine bench mark on the lower left handside of the doorway.
The church of St Eadmer at Bleasdale stands in a remote area at the foot of the fells, on the edge of the Forest of Bowland. The wooden memorial plaque is situated to the right of the altar and contains the names of 14 local men who fell in the Great War, and one man who died in the 1939-1945 conflict.
