What a day

Such a busy day today after a wee boy was not well last night. This morning I was expecting grumpy but got smiles and a happy boy. After milk, a chat to the grandparents to Skype, breakfast and more milk - it was adventure time.

We drove into the city and Wee B was on his best behavior with no tears and a great big nap (such a difference from our last trip, mid BART strike). A quick visit to Daddy's office was the first order of business before we went across the road for a coffee for us and time to watch the terrapin for B. it was then back in the truck to find the food trucks.

Trucks found we ordered from Chorizo delight where we had chorizolog with lumpia. It's basically a chorizo mince served with rice and a fried egg with some crispy pork rolls. It was delicious and the wee man decided to share a d ate everything he was given with no gagging or spluttering. He finished his meal with some apple sauce and then we headed back to Pleasanton.

Once again we had a good trip back with just a few grumbles from the back that stopped when we put on Kenny Rogers as we could not find Johnny Cash. Quite why this does not happen when it is just me in the truck I don't know.

We finished the day by stopping off downtown and going to the local comic and games shop to buy far too many board games. I am blaming Will Wheaton and tabletop as they are mostly ones I have seen on there. The final stop before home was the local dairy for their ice cream and more sharing.

It's safe to say Wee B enjoyed the sharing again. We got loads of good photos but this is my favorite. Everyone needs a baby shot with ice cream
