sunny Sunday

We had another delightful deluge last night! How this thirsty high desert terrain needs the rain.
So this morning everything glistened as the sun shone off the water drops.
I had a hard time figuring out the right exposure for this shot - the sun was so bright, the center of the sunflower so dark, and I wanted to capture the left over raindrops on the petals. The busy bee in the center is an unexpected bonus!
