Cake!!

A day mostly at home, it was good to relax and have some fun with Amélie. Joni made a fantastic victoria sponge for my birthday cake - Amélie was in her element eating it all up and even feeding her Dad. . .

In the evening I ventured out into town for a few pints and some drams, ended up being a 3am finish as we sipped Havana Club 7 year old rum and danced to Northern Soul, Jive and Motown records in the basement club of Blackfriars.
