I could claim that this is some sort of social commentary on the rate at which town centre shops seem to be closing down, only to be filled by pound shops and pawn shops.

In reality I didn't actually notice the To Let sign until after I'd taken the shot of the sad man on the back of the phone box...it is still a good point though.
