The Mermaid and The Lilies...

Gathering more lilies today I filled an old, golden earthenware jug with the huge, fragrant, white 'Casa Blanca' lilies and sat it down on the hearth next to the mermaid statue and they just looked so lovely together, ethereal somehow. I love them. Amazing how a jug of lilies changes the whole atmosphere. Sensual delight...
