Dougal

Until the Grumpy Old Git is feeling better I will be updating his journal with pictures and words by me to inform anyone who is interested in his progress.

The hospital said we were to have an appointment with his own doctor this morning; easier said than done. However, we did get to see a locum, which meant that the whole history had to be given, this appointment then took thirty-five minutes and put her schedule rather behind. However, she was very good and has sorted his medication, halving the new morning medication because the dose is too high making him appear drunk!

The doctor we saw also asked that we get another appointment for next Monday. The receptionist informed me that there were no appointments available with any doctor for two weeks! I think she saw the steam coming out of my ears, because suddenly, he could have an appointment, next Monday morning with his own doctor.

Today’s picture is of Dougal with his cross-face on, he is probably cross with his sister Florence as she had just eaten the mouse he had caught; yesterday’s entry has been back-blipped.
