Fresh greens and broccoli from the Colby Organic Garden. Delicious!

Recipe for excellent Kale Chips:
Fresh Kale, ripped or cut into 1-2 inch pieces.
Olive Oil
Salt

Lightly oil each piece of Kale and put it on a cookie sheet. Salt to taste and put in the oven at, oh, let's say 350-375 degrees for... 10 minutes? Or until crunchy.

Snack.

To take the deliciousness even further, toast a piece of good bread, put some sharp cheddar cheese on top, and top with a kale chip. Continue snacking until satisfied.
