Comprende?

Busy day at work (what's new!) then home to see friends who are staying for the night. Dave and Ann are a Kiwi and a Brit, who have both lived in Paris for 20 years, met not so many years ago there, and still live in Paris. Daves 2 kids also were staying, born and raised in France, understand English, but not speaking it so well.

A really interesting night. Learnt more about the French culture and working there, and the kids all watched the Simpsons, in French. It was quite funny, Ann is an English teacher, is from the UK, but at times had difficulty expressing what she had to say in English. She had to say it in French and then try to translate it.

Fascinating.
