Hen harrier at The Loons

I went up to the hide at The Loons. One of the RSPB wardens was there to do 'Hello Public That's a Lapwing' type session. No need for that with me though as I certainly know my lapwings.
I thought it'd be quiet, but we saw a peregrine, lots of curlew, black-tailed godwit, teal, a family of water rail and three hen harriers; a male and either two females or one female and a juvenile (they rather look the same). Lots other stuff too.
