Homemade Liqueur

Today I bottled this currant/rhubarb liqueur that I had started a few weeks ago.
I also picked and froze 6 more pounds of rhubarb (I canned the last batch), and some broccoli and edible pod peas. I guess it was a harvesting day.

I have a friend in New Zealand who makes delicious wine with all the great fruit that grows there, and I wish he were here to make some with all this rhubarb! I think I need to go to NZ for a lesson.
