Farm Dogs Stay In The Paddock...

...Sometimes.
We went out to my parents house for the weekend and I ended up there by myself for most of Saturday. I had all the working dogs out and they are supposed to stay out in the paddock.

This is Raid who spent most of his time sleeping on the roof of the foxy's kennel right by the back door. Meanwhile the puppy and other young dogs played on the lawn. My Ollie whined at the door to come in (covered in mud and soaking wet) and one good dog slept in the shed.
After putting them all out again and again I gave up and just left the gate open! I think Raid had the right idea as he was the only one that stayed dry on the rainy day.
