Laughed so hard today. Burts wants a coat from a certain brand that will remain nameless. She tried the first one on, pretty ugly. The second was worse. The third looked brilliant, but took thirty minutes to take off through the combined effort of myself, two cashiers,the manager, the coat designer on the phone and a pair of scissors. A little bit of wee almost came out.
