Are you sure it goes that way up? x

Sat in traffic today and spotted these two x They looked like they were arguing as to whether it's an up lighter or a down lighter!! x Perhaps they had turned it in order to catch water?? x

Seriously, who knows?.......Why was the light like that and who did it?? x All the others were the correct way - just this one out of line x Where is Mulder and Scully when you need them :)
