Week of food

So, I've gone back to my diet, and so far done one week and lost 7lbs - I'm really pleased. The blip today shows my food packs for the week.

I know a lot of people would say I don't need to lose much, but my bmi is too high and I've put on weight on my legs (where it always goes first).

I'm going over in Stockport as the group fits in with my working week - and so far I've really liked everyone there.

Hopefully it will only take a month or two to lose the two stone - I want my jammer body back.
