Coffee Brewing

One problem encountered by almost every shift worker is, when nightshift, staying awake! I never used to like coffee, in fact, when I first started going out with my now wife, I'd always get a hot chocolate at Starbucks while she woke up with a latte.

Slowly but surely, after struggling to stay awake on 5 hours of sleep for a whole day and still having to drive about through the wee small hours, coffee became a necessity.

Funnily enough, I now quite enjoy it. However, it has to be real coffee, either from a machine, a Cafetière, or this contraption, an Italian espresso maker. I really can't be doing with the horrible freeze dried stuff which tastes like muddy water. Yuk!
