Which is what "sauer" means in German.

It's really weird, we keep being told at work that we have to make savings everywhere (not in executive salaries and bonuses obviously) but we announce that we made record profits.  But that's the management way - holding contradictory ideas in their head is what marks out the true management genius.

Fair to say that motivation has been replaced by demotivation.

And please, stop giving me pointless things to do.
