Citrus Paradisi!

I found this grapefruit in my fruit bowl - it has been there for many weeks, neglected and forgotten. They certainly keep well and don't seem to over ripen like some other fruits. I shall have half tonight as my starter. Quote from Google about grapefruit .....'The wonderful flavour of a grapefruit is like paradise as is expressed by its Latin name, Citrus Paradisi.' I shall still call it a grapefruit and savour its tart, tangy flavour!
