Aglais io

Having had so many butterflies in the garden yesterday and today I felt compelled to blip one. We have had Large and Small White, Peacock, Small Tortoiseshell and a Skipper of some description. In the past, ie 3 or 4 years ago, we were able to count up to 14 species in the garden during the course of the summer. Until yesterday we have been lucky to see one or two.
