A wellbeing walk

A beautiful, sunny day today with temperatures above normal for March. Jo and I headed for Attingham and enjoyed a spring walk around the grounds, spotting an egret, heron, many great tits, robins and, I think chaffinches as well as a variety of ducks. 
After visiting the shop, we drove down the road to Salop leisure for a disappointing lunch , wandered around the garden centre and a couple of other places before heading home. Days like today help to keep me feeling positive.
