Familiar

This is a familiar sight. If you see this sight it must be 9:05 on either Monday or Friday and I’m off to the gym. I’ll spend 45 minutes on a spin bike with about 20 others and a crazy woman shouting instructions, usually for us to increase our resistance and turn ourselves into sweaty, breathless, speechless wrecks. I love it!!! Then I go for a swim. I try to manage 15 lengths before another crazy woman comes in take the aqua aerobics class. That’s my signal to jump in the jacuzzi and completely unwind. A lovely hot shower and I’m knackered revitalised and ready for home.
