Harvest

This is my harvest for today. Under the carrots are enough edible pod peas to put in the freezer for stir fry. The cauliflower is yellow because it is a variety called "Cheddar", and the carrots, which are basically for thinning, are called "Rainbow Carrots" because they are different colors. Giant salads with a little gorgonzola cheese are on tonight's menu!
