today i was brave.

in preparation for our holiday today was vaccination day. me and the babies had an appointment all together. Dad came with me to lend a hand. i went in the room first to discuss what we needed and what it all meant and also to find out that they only one that i needed was typhoid but there is a nation shortage of it so i would need to go private for it. but i also found that erin needed two jabs and caleb one. i took erin in the room first, i felt horrible as she didn't have a clue. so she had one in each arm and it was horrendous. i had to hold her tight while the nurse did what she needed to do. erin screamed and when we left she walked out with her arms out to the side like they'd been broken!! next was Caleb's turn and to say he only had his 13 months jabs less than a month ago he was amazing, he went to cry, went a bit red then nothing!!

the rest of the afternoon was actually nice, babies did some painting out side. they were doing well together until caleb decided on trying a different technique, splattering. erin wasn't a fan of this, she's not into getting that messy. caleb had a nap so erin got to play with her moon sand that she had for her birthday (nightmare stuff) i got down to serious cleaning, finished just in time for caleb to wake up. we watched toy story 3 and messed about on the floor.

erin still wouldn't let us take the tape and cotton wool off her arms at bath time so she went to bed with that on. if you even mention her arms she starts crying :(
