Concentrating on the good bits about today.


So that's that done.

No, not really.
1.  Went pick up my presecriptions from the chemist and for the first time since arriving in Germany in 2010, they had both of them in stock.  Never happens.
2.  The bank in Dotzheim might be shut at least it has a working cash machine.  These things take time - the branch has been shut for 15 months so this cash machine has been really quick to arrive.
3.  Meeting our cleaning lady on the way home - so good to see her again.
4.  Buying freshly squeezed orange juice - not had that for ages.
5.  Enjoying a bit of sunshine (first time out of the house since Saturday).

PS I was out on Sunday - voting for Mayor but that's 5 minutes there and 5 minutes back - not really a walk.
