On the windowsill

The sunny windowsill is the perfect spot to warm the honey that keeps crystallizing. I'm guessing the temperature in our pantry is the perfect temperature to quicken the crystallization process.
M has some bee hives as a hobby. He is a little obsessed very dedicated. The result is delicious honey, pretty much on tap all year round :)
