Coaching badminton

Today I put my kit on and headed to WIS, Cardiff to help out at one of Badminton Wales shuttle camps.
I realised just how much I miss coaching sport. It was lovely to mix with other coaches and pass on some of my knowledge and enthusiasm for Badminton to the young players.
Thanks to James and the team at Badminton Wales for organising such a rewarding day for players and coaches.

Note to self...must find time to do more coaching.
