play it again

in the early evening we hear the lovely sound of an oboe(?) and here is its' source!
unfortunately he can't speak a word of english but he makes a lovely sound.
i haven't a clue to what the instrument is - it sounds like and oboe but has the mouth piece of a clarinet.
