Bothy

Me and Leyla are going away for some wild camping in the Lakes. Weather forecast is looking good but mountain weather is never certain. I have a two-person emergency shelter, a "Bothy 2" by Terra Nova, that is basically a big red plastic bag with a couple of clear plastic windows and a ventilation chimney: two people sit in it, face each other, and lean back; and then their heads act as tent poles. It works quite well -- enough to get out of the wind chill and avoid drenched sandwiches.
