One of those not quite as planned weekends. Plan A was to go to see Kate and Marc but changed because Jenny wasn't/still isn't well so Plan B was for Francis to go and see her and while he was up that way pick up Bryn who needed to come home. 
That Plan was scuppered after Francis woke up on Saturday with a raging cold. Definitely not the thing to go visiting a frail old women with a bad chest. So Plan C kicked in and he had a day at home sleeping while I went to the Tate with Steph to see the Leigh Bowery exhibition. Totally mind-blowing. The spots were on one of the walls. 

In the evening Francis was a bit revived so we had dinner round the fire at S & S's, leaving early so Francis could get up for the 5hr drive to get Bryn.
Good to have a plan but good to know that things often don't turn out quite as you expect.
