Vet visit

Fletch had a bad night very upset tum . Up on the journey every hour., till about 6 when he finally slept soundly.  
Phoned the vets as soon as they were open. Given an appointment at 11:20. At time s like this I wish the vets weren't 20 miles away. 
We saw a new young vet. She agreed he needed blood tests and also prescribed steroids for his skin ( not sure about that)
She needed a urine test. So we spent a fun 20 minutes following him around with a collecting dish and managed to get a small amount..not an easy thing to do.
When we got home she'd phoned with the results and kidney levels are high. It could be just an infection so we're going down that route for now. 
He needs antibiotics but I was so incredibly weary after 3 very disturbed  night I knew I wouldn't be safe driving there and back so will go in the morning
