The Almudin, Valencia.

We went to the Almudin today. It is a medieval merchant house- built in the 14th Century. It's a beautiful building from the outside, but inside it is quite astonishing. They didn't allow photographs indoors, but there were beautiful wall paintings and high arches.

The surrounding area was very pretty ( as shown in the other two pictures). We had a drink at a great little tapas bar just across from the Almudin. This is the first time we were given free tapas with our drink. (Some Russian salad- very nice with the added tuna!)
