Hidcote butterflies

Being cheapskates culturally aware, we wanted to get value for money from our National Trust membership so we went off to Hidcote this afternoon. I found it really inspirational - obviously, (unlike Bob the nomad) I'm never going to be gardening on this scale, but it was good to see what was flowering at this time of year, and to see some combinations of plants I'd never have thought of.
This is M's shot, we were pleased to see so many butterflies as we've read that they're in trouble this year after a cold spring.
