Garlic Seed Heads

It is almost getting a series, 'Seed Heads'. See here and here.
These are the seed heads of the garlic we grow in our allotment.

Now time to get creative with recipes for using all that fresh garlic. I think I will start with a chicken stuffed with 1 kilograms of garlic. They say it makes your mouth odor immune for garlic for a couple of months.
