Ever since the council put up a sign on the waste disposal bins, forbidding the dumping of large household items next to them, people seem to have taken this as an invitation to do the opposite. It has a kind of random artistry; less Tracey Amin, more post-industrial chic. Aren't we lucky to have this rolling art exhibition on our doorstep?
