That was all. Well, that and wrestling with a 3D printer that wouldn't heat up and then would but wouldn't stay hot and then when it would finally heat up, nothing would stick to the bed, which suggests that it's lying about being hot enough.

I see the seat post has been changed. If you look on the Tern website you'll see that the maximum rider weight is specified as 120kg. Even though at this stage I've lost 10kg (it's been 11 weeks so averaging around 1kg down every week), I'm still 10kg over the maximum rider weight and the effect of that is to mainly put too much stress on that long telescopic seat post. So it snapped. The (very expensive) replacement is rated up to 150kg so that should solve that problem.
