Junior parkrun - Marshaling

Junior parkrun was fun, then after a coffee with A and C before we dashed home to see D and Cno1, who were in Essex. G shared the details of his hospital visits and Cno1 shared some concerning health news too. 

Soon it was time to collect A and S from the airport and say farewell to Cno1 and D. A had a few issues finding the correct carpark, but once that was sorted,  we enjoyed a lovely evening catching up with their news.
