A much better day today than what the forecast predicted which pleased the two guys re-laying my paving slabs.  I am so pleased with their progress and I will finally after being here for nearly 17 years have a proper patio.  They will also be re-laying the slabs at the front of the house later on in the year.  

I took Tess to the vets this afternoon to register her and get something for Ticks which I've been removing from her most days, mainly when we've been to the local moss nature reserve.  Co-incidentally as I left the vets a car pulled up next to mine and it was my friend with the flat coat retriever who I blipped the other day and who Tess absolutely loved.  After we had a quick  chat I took Tess to Caldbeck Common for a wander which is where today's blip was taken.
