Dogspital?

This is a window in the radiography waiting room at the Mateu Orfila hospital, where we went for his 'n' hers x-rays today, himself for complicated knee problems and me for a hip which is succumbing to old age and probably osteoarthritis. I've no idea what the Dogspital sign means, as it's a human hospital not a vet's. I did find some interesting info about the person after whom the hospital's named, however, here, if you're interested. Extra is a sculpture near the entrance by the Menorcan artist Marc Jesús, famous for his delightful blue ladies, as seen here. Both appointments were quick and professional, with no waiting around, and we had a pleasant lunch in the hospital cafeteria.
