I needed something to distract me

… following  on from my conversation with Joanne, a nurse with Parkinsons UK. Who was good and who was able to suggest a useful strategy for my current dilemma.  It moved me on and I went to the back door to watch the pheasants who were picking up scraps of seed which the birds up above dropped.
