REHYDRATING

I went back to the local history centre today and found the entry in the Planning Committee minutes where outline planning permission for this house was approved with conditions. Next thing is to find the submission for the detailed plans and then try to track them down, if they've been kept all this time. Then I'll get back to the Land Registry and ask them why the deeds of the property predate the actual building of the house (and some of the neighbouring houses).
