Cowslip

A dry day, but not much brighter. Very cloudy, Partner out at the optician in the morning, so a walk on my own. This give me a bit of time to head to a shop to buy some Easter eggs. Quiet in the park. I might have got a photo of Edinburgh Castle, as the view was really clear, but the bin lorry was in the way.

After work, it is still dry. Partner and I take a different walk along the east part of Braidburn Valley Park. In the wild grass area, there are loads of yellow flowers shown above. I later find out these are cowslips. I try to get a photo of the cherry blossom, but the light is a little too flat, and the flowers blend in with the light grey sky.
