Life through my eyes

Procaffeinating

Last night Jo cut her thumb between her forefinger (the flappy part) through the full thickness of the skin. Minor injuries were closed and it was deep and bleeding so I wanted to take her to A&E but she didn't want to go. There was enough in the first aid box to dress it but on removal this morning it was still bleeding so I took her to minor injuries. It wasn't too busy but still took nearly three hours. Beau was very good, had lots of love and cuddles, and as he's not meant to be in the precinct areas there are very limited places to go. Coffee #1 are welcoming as are Julian Charles bedding shop where the staff love him. They had some great value bedding in there today and my blue light card gets an additional 20% off so we did treat ourselves, and I got two sets of kingsize bedding for £40 which I think is good value, and Jo got a lovely bright yellow set which I put on for her.

While we were talking to the lady Beau jumped up onto one of the beds! He's never done that before but I guess to him a bed is a bed! But he didn't do any harm!

Home in time to get my motorbike to get his MOT done. Passed for the second time.

Today was no time for procaffeinating but caffeine was needed.

The work of yesterday has been good, and despite being shattered there were no "barriers" to practice at the end of the day, and I lost track of time!
