Picklball. Pulled a muscle while playing pinched the sciatic nerve. Kept playing as we didn’t have an extra player. Weird and a tad painful having the tingling and pain shooting down the left leg. Came home iced and heated. Feeling much better before bed.
Nike is still gone on his fishing trip.
