Le Bar Cadoret

Number 38 in my series and the first on French soil.

This is the Cadoret bar in.............believe it or not, Cadoret, which is nothing more than a bar, a lock and a lock keeper's cottage situated on the Nantes - Brest canal.

There had to be an easier way to cycle from our gite to the canal than the one Mrs DD did not like yesterday, with the 1:7 hill climb on the way back.

But, I didn't find it. The climb from the canal back to the main road was over a mile long so I don't think we will be doing this ride very soon.

Another lovely day on holiday with BBQ number three in four nights and some good local wine to wash it down.
