Walkies

I'm going to do a little walk in the mornings to get me up and awake, and did my first one today. Just half an hour, but I was lucky with the weather and it was good to get out. I listened to my audio book (a re-read od a favourite, called 'Oscar and Lucinda') and got my steps done.
