Essex Bridge

A stunning morning at Essex Bridge near Shugborough. The light was perfect and the shapes and colours of the trees were pretty special.

It will be busy over the weekend as there will be a floating market on the canal in Great Haywood, near the Canalside Cafe and Farm Shop (which are both excellent.)

The heron has returned, and a little Holly Blue was settling near the canal bridge (extras).
