Blue poppy

After the rain, it was a sunny day again. Things have grown overnight and the first blue poppy of the year is open. The plants look well, but the flower stem is much shorter than last year, not sure why but I will give it some seaweed feed!
The orange tip butterflies are busy in Beehive Lane and the bluebells are opening. 
Very nice!
