Buy and sell second hand

I’m a big fan of Vinted and recently bought 2 disappointing items after buying bits of good value second hand lovely bits for a few months.

A shirt arrived this week I paid £20 for listed as silk but the label said polyester! I have to say the seller was fab and I have no surprise she assumed it was silk as it had that dusty finish and felt just so! She apologised and arranged a return quickly.

Then I got this cool Hobbs cotton tshirt but sadly it had a hole in it (and a few stains). I can see how the seller missed them tbh. This seller refunded me immediately as it was listed in very good condition, but sadly I can’t even give the item to charity as the colours (and lack of skill set) make it tricky to repair
