Camassias and Geum

My sister C visited Doris this morning, before she set off on her long train journey back to Cornwall. 
Earlier, a palliative care doctor had visited Doris, and she phoned me later this afternoon. It was a very helpful call. There were no surprises, and she confirmed what we had thought. We, or the care home staff,  can call her or her colleagues anytime for advice.  

These Camassias and Geum "Totally Tangerine" have grow together by happy accident.I rather like the orange/blue contrast. 
I let  Stormin' Norman tortoise have a yomp about the main garden, including through the border with these plants . We've decided his rank is probably that of Field Marshal....
